Architects by the sea is a Residential and Commercial Design and Construction firm operating in Los Cabos, Mexico. It is a merge of more than 20 years of professional experiences of two passionate women architects Nina Anguelova and Paulina Zepeda. Our portfolio during this time integrates projects in Europe and Mexico and diversity of clients from all over the world.
We are devoted in developing aesthetic projects with unique styles, striving to meet and satisfy our client’s needs and demands.
A division of Yacht Interior Design has been integral part of our team's portfolio. Our clients’ passion for the ocean has inspired us to create unique and modern designs inspired by the beauty and serenity of the ocean.

Nina Anguelova
CO-FOUNDER
Nina´s architectural approach combines contemporary Mexican style with European elegance as her path started at the Architecture and Construction technical school, in Sofia, Bulgaria, and her professional Architectural degree was earned in UMA University, Mexico City.
In 2003 Nina Anguelova starts her professional career as an independent architect specializing in Architectural Planning, Interior, Lighting Design and Yacht design as well as Construction in both residential and commercial environments.
Architectural design has always been Nina’s passion as she strives to incorporate latest industry trends and technologies to meet clients´ expectations.

Paulina Zepeda
CO-FOUNDER
Paulina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture by ITESO in Guadalajara, Mexico. In 2005 she moved to Barcelona to study a Masters Degree in Interior Design and worked in several projects in Europe and Saudi Arabia.
She started her professional career in 1999 and in 2009 she founded Suite Design, a firm dedicated to Interior architectural design in Guadalajara and in 2012 in Los Cabos as well. The firm developed various projects including residential, hospitality, restaurants and retail. In 2020 she got together with Nina and founded ¨Architects by the sea¨.

Gladis Sánchez
OFFICE MANAGER
Gladis is our local gem! Born and raised in Baja she is well acquainted with how unique this part of the world is. Taking care of our suppliers and workers as well as our office crew, she is a very important part of the ABTS team.
