The total renovation of this oceanfront penthouse had several important concepts to guide the design. Transform the small and inefficient kitchen to a functional and designed to a smallest detail area. Have a living-dining room that can service a numerous guest but also feel spacious when the owners are alone. Achieve amplitude in bathrooms and walk in closet areas. A transformable piece of furniture was designed and built for the social area with a hidden bar and dining table. For the private areas the solution was an open plan bathroom with clear color finishes and big windows and mirrors reflecting the ocean and introducing it into the interior space.
