In one of the most beautiful developments in Cabo San Lucas, our clients, a family of 4 purchased a lot with a huge design challenge, rainwater flows across the lot. The house has 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 offices, a courtyard, terrace with bbq and sitting area, pool deck, pool and Jacuzzi, 2 car garage and a casita with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining/living room. Part of the house was raised on columns, and the rest on a platform. The garage is located across the arroyo and united to the main house through a bridge. Moving date November 2021.
